WA Unemployment will require SOC code reporting beginning in Q4 (Oct 1- Dec31)
In 2020, the Legislature enacted Substitute House Bill 2308. This new law requires employers to include Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes or job titles for each employee starting October 1, 2022. https://esd.wa.gov/employer-taxes/about-soc
