This person will be responsible for fostering successful partner relationships to enable growth of the organization.For over 20 years, Greenshades Software has been providing exceptional automated payroll, tax reporting, employee engagement, and comprehensive compliance solutions to mid-sized employers across North America. We have grown steadily since our inception, and we are looking for people who are passionate about challenging work and client care to join our team. The position will work with partners and the GS team to develop positive working relationships, in ways including, but not limited to:Administer Partnership and Business Development policies with partners and across all internal departmentsManage partner relationships targeting specific sales and marketing outcomesAssist partners in the execution of channel and business development programs to increase product sales within the Greenshades’ customer baseAssist in continuously improving and optimizing channel sales programsKeep partners up to date with the new products and enhancementsSet sales goals and develop channel sales programs to achieve these goals with reselling partnersSupport partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awarenessPrepare and deliver sales collaterals and newsletters for partnersPlan and organize product launch events, sales training, and other sales events for partners and their customersCollaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute on reseller or partner sales and marketing initiativesTravel as needed to Reseller events or appropriate tradeshowsOther duties as assigned by managerWhat you need to succeed:Ability to effectively conduct meetings with sales employees, leadership, and clientsCreative with an ability to build and organize engaging contentProactive, flexible and keen to make a difference and help Greenshades growIndependent, ambitious and self-motivatedStrong desire to learn new skills and passion for ongoing developmentAbility to break down large, complex ideas into bite-sized piecesStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize objectivesProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsPreferred, but not requiredBachelors (preferred) or equivalent experiencePayroll or HCM Experience a plusMicrosoft channel experience a plusChannel or Reseller experience a plusSales training or certificates a plus In addition to working alongside some awesome people, we offer the following benefitsPaid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401 (k) retirement options Paid holidays Flexible work schedules An awesome wellness program This position is fully Remote / Telecommute
