Administrators are now able to add a step to an employee onboarding workflow that will allow the employee to enter dependent information during onboarding. The dependent step will be optional for employees, but it will display any existing dependent information, allow the employee to edit or add any details, or skip the step if the employee does not have any dependents.

The step and any details entered can be seen on a workflow in progress on Greenshades Online.

Once an onboarding workflow is complete and approved by the administrator, they will be given a link on the final review page to review entered dependents if they require approval (based on workspace settings).
