The new 2023 I-9 is now available on Greenshades Online. Any I-9 completed on or after 8/4 will now populate onto the 2023 I-9 form released by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Administrators are now also able to select that they reviewed employee documentation using an alternate method supported by the DHS. The alternate method ensures that remote verification of documentation is done as per the DHS recommendations. This checkbox, when checked, will also appear on the downloadable PDF form from Greenshades Online.
