The approval process of an employee’s onboarding bas been updated! The approval process has been condensed into a two step, full page view that contains all of the same fields for approval as the previous experience. Once an employee is approved, the administrator will see a full page view of the information that was approved as well as any documents or next steps that need to be reviewed.

For those clients that use Greenshades to both process their organization’s payroll and manage benefits enrollment, the process for setting up a health benefit just got easier. Once an administrator sets up a set of health benefit and deduction codes in payroll, they are now able to import those details into the healthcare benefit set up in the benefits module. The user can select the code name during detail entry to prepopulate any information associated with the benefit/deduction codes.
