Greenshades Online Platform Update

New enhancement: Data source Filtering by Employee Last Day Worked

Greenshades Admins can now exclude unwanted employees from being synced into Greenshades Online with the following options on initial setup:

1. Prior to Current Calendar Year

2. Prior to Previous Calendar Year

Selecting ‘Prior to Current Calendar Year’ will sync employees of last date worked as of this year (2023), and ‘Prior to Previous Calendar Year’ will sync employees of last date worked from last year to this year (2022-2023).

Note: Would not impact current sync setup and employees that have been previously synced.

1. Next to Data Source Filters, Click on ‘Add Filter’
