Background: The General Ledger Settings screens utilized a dated interface that was slow and clunky, especially for clients that manage more complicated ledger rules.
Feature Description: The old interface has been effectively replaced with an all new UX design. This new experience will add small pieces of new functionality but will consist mostly of updated visuals and improved performance. Clients should not expect any functionality of the old General Ledger setup to have been removed or no longer available.

All clients that utilize traditional General Ledger mappings will benefit from an improved visual experience and better performance for all operations. Do note that for those using dimensions-based ledgers, the interface for dimensions was not updated with this release.

Background: The employee Work Location Assignment only displays the primary name of the location without additional information (code, address, etc.). This can cause confusion for clients that rely on than just the base location name to ensure their locations are properly assigned to their EEs (namely are staffing clients).
What’s new? Employee work locations are displayed with additional information, namely the code and address, during and after a selection is made.

Background: Various areas of the payroll module and associated pages did not display loading spinners after an action having been executed. This lack of feedback may have created a confusing experience that left users expecting they need to click the action again, when in reality the operation was already in progress.
What’s new? Loading spinners have been added after various actions taken place. See the Navigation list for the areas with improved visual functionality.
