There is a new look and feel to the Green Employee HR Profile page! All employee profile details can now be accessed on the “My Profile” page. The personal info, work location, and address pages have been condensed into a single page. All employee permissions and field configurations set for the workspace are still applied.
For security reasons, employees will now be periodically asked to confirm their address and contact information on Green Employee. Since phone and email are now the primary method of login, it is pivotal that the information in the system is up to date. The modal appears upon login at a frequency determined by the system. Employees can exit out of the modal, review their information in their profile, or request the modal again at a later date by selecting “maybe later”.
