Experienced SaaS Executive to Lead Revenue Growth Strategy and Sales Operations
Greenshades Software, a leading provider of payroll, human resources, and tax compliance software, announced the appointment of Rodman Likes as Chief Revenue Officer. He will oversee all revenue-generating activities and lead the sales organization as Greenshades continues expanding in vertical markets.

Likes is a dynamic, results-driven executive with 20 years of experience in revenue growth for technology companies. He has held senior leadership roles at Oracle, Adobe, and Salesforce, bringing tier-one SaaS expertise and proven go-to-market strategy experience to the Greenshades management team. Most recently, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Khoros, where he led a go-to-market transformation that accelerated net-new ARR growth, doubled pipeline coverage, improved enterprise win rates and forecasting accuracy, and optimized seller efficiency.
Throughout his career, he has shown expertise in global sales leadership, revenue operations, enterprise SaaS sales, and partner development, with a focus on driving scalable revenue for B2B software companies.

As CRO, Likes will align all revenue-related functions. This includes sales operations, business development, and customer success. He will work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and drive expansion in key vertical markets, such as staffing, light industrial, and transportation.
The appointment of Likes as CRO continues Greenshades' strategic expansion of its leadership team. This follows the recent naming of Vince Murdica as CEO. Based in Denver, Colorado, Likes will report directly to CEO Vince Murdica.
