Greenshades is pleased to welcome Amy Dobler as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Amy will lead the company's HR strategy and operations, partnering with the CEO, executive team, and leaders across the business to support Greenshades' continued growth.
Greenshades provides payroll, HR, and tax compliance software that helps businesses manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. As the company continues to grow, Amy will focus on strengthening leadership capability, clear roles, priorities, and ways of working, and the people practices that enable teams to do their best work and the business to grow.
Amy brings more than 20 years of experience leading and evolving HR functions across technology companies at a range of growth stages. Her background spans public and private organizations, U.S. and global teams, and founder-led and post-founder environments.
Throughout her career, Amy has built and scaled effective approaches to talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation, business partnership, and employee engagement. She is known for combining strategic perspective with hands-on execution and for helping leaders translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.
