This year’s theme – America Works Because We’re Working for America – couldn’t be more appropriate.
Paychecks have always been the lifeblood of the American family, but with skyrocketing inflation impacting every corner of the economy, timely and accurate payment of wages is more critical than ever.

This takes an already mission-critical function and notches the intensity even higher… and that’s just on the employee side of the equation. Payroll professionals also bear the weight of ensuring appropriate taxes are withheld and paid to federal, state, and local entities. So your local payroll team plays a big role in keeping the economy at large running, too.
That’s A LOT of responsibility.
