Changes made in HR propagate automatically across the system without manual re-entry.

Yes. Greenshades onboarding workflows can be completed from any location before an employee's first day. The process includes I-9 documentation, optional E-Verify, federal and state withholding form completion, and direct deposit setup. Workflows are configurable per position, and basic information can be imported from supported applicant tracking systems. 

Yes. Greenshades includes employee self-service that allows employees to update their profile, address, contact information, and direct deposit details without contacting HR. Updates can be configured for automatic acceptance or routed to a manager or administrator for review before taking effect. Approved changes propagate instantly through payroll, benefits, and reporting. 

Greenshades HR and payroll share the same underlying data. When an employee change is approved — an address update, a direct deposit change, a new benefit election — it flows automatically through the entire platform, including payroll calculations, manager dashboards, org charts, and reporting. No duplicate entry or reconciliation between systems required. 

Yes. Greenshades certifications management allows organizations to track, manage, and renew employee certifications and compliance records. The system is configurable to industry-specific requirements, employees can update their own records, and administrators have full visibility into certification status across the workforce.

Yes. Managers have a 360-degree view of their direct reports, including the ability to review and approve requests, edit employee information, and delegate management responsibilities to other employees. Delegation supports assistant managers, leave coverage, and multi-level oversight structures.
