Dunivan’s addition underscores Greenshades’ continued investment in top-tier leadership as the company expands its market presence and sharpens its position in the human capital management (HCM) space.
Dunivan is a seasoned executive and board leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding technology and HCM companies through growth and transformation. He is currently the Founder and Principal of the Cefalo Group, which provides investment and advisory services to growth-focused software organizations. In addition, Dunivan holds board positions with Asurint, Payfederate, Meridio, and 15Five.

Over his career, Dunivan has held senior leadership roles at multiple technology organizations, including executive positions at Ceridian (now Dayforce), where he helped modernize operations and advance the company’s HCM strategy. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Namely, leading the HR technology provider through a period of accelerated growth and ultimately overseeing its successful exit in September 2022. Most recently, Dunivan was Executive Chairman at Mineral, guiding the company to a successful acquisition by Mitratech in January 2024.
Known for his ability to align teams, drive customer-focused innovation, and deliver sustainable business impact, Dunivan brings a wealth of operational and governance expertise to the Greenshades Board.
