The IRS is retiring its FIRE system and moving information-return e-filing to IRIS. Whether you need your own IRIS Transmitter Control Code depends on how you file.

A W-2 is corrected with Form W-2c, and a 1099 with a corrected 1099 of the same type. Greenshades files both, so you can correct and refile from the same place you filed the original.

Yes. Employees can view and download their W-2s in Green Employee, the Greenshades employee portal.
