The Support Portal is the best way to submit, manage, and track your requests. You can also reach our team by phone at 888-255-3815 x2 during standard support hours.
First, make sure the person is a contact in your Greenshades account. Then go to your workspace's Administrative Access Settings and add them under the Access Control tab.
Log in to your account in the Support Portal to check the status of any open request.
Their email was likely already added to their profile in Greenshades Online — which means they don't need to create a new account. Have them select "Reset your password" to complete account setup.
