How do I sign in to my employee account and/or view my paystub?

Your company has it's own portal which will typically look like example.greenemployee.com, but the exact address is provided by your HR department.

To find your portal follow these steps:

  1. Visit greenemployee.com

  2. Click the "Need Help Signing In" button and provide the information requested.

If you still can't find it, reach out to your HR department for further assistance.

Who can I call for assistance getting logged in?

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in screen, choose ‘Reset your Password’ and follow onscreen instructions to set up a new password.
I use my email address to sign in but my email address has changed. How do I update it?

If you’re still able to sign into Green Employee using the previous email address, go to Account Settings (the gear icon on top-right of the screen), choose the ‘Security Settings’ tab, and select ‘Change Account Email Address’.

If you are unable to sign in with the previous address to make this update yourself, your HR department will be able to assist in updating your email address.

Can I change which email notifications I receive?

Yes, in Account Settings (the gear icon on top-right of the screen), choose the ‘Notifications’ tab. Here you will find a variety of notifications you may enable or disable. If there is another email address besides your company email by which you would prefer to be notified, you may set that up on this screen as well.

Can I log into GreenEmployee on my phone?
