Finance leader joins the executive team as Greenshades scales its operations
Greenshades has appointed Jason Sauvie as Chief Financial Officer. Sauvie joins the executive team as the company scales its financial operations and builds toward its next stage of growth.
As CFO, Sauvie will oversee Greenshades' financial strategy, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, corporate development, and risk management, with a focus on aligning capital allocation to the company's growth plans.
Sauvie brings more than two decades of financial leadership in high-growth software and technology companies. He most recently served as CFO at RSA Conference (RSAC), where he rebuilt the company's finance infrastructure following its corporate divestiture and launched a new membership platform to monetize the brand. Before that, he was CFO at Medable, where he helped raise more than $500 million in venture capital while scaling the business domestically and internationally. His background also includes executive finance roles at Intel and Wind River — where he supported margin optimization and a corporate divestiture — along with earlier finance leadership positions at Macromedia and Deloitte.
Sauvie echoes that outlook, and brings his own perspective on what drew him here:
"Greenshades has built something genuinely differentiated: industry-specific software in a market that mostly sells one-size-fits-all. I look forward to working with Vince and the team to build a financial foundation that supports our customers and drives long-term value."
